Great, little hole in the wall!! They were able to handle 12 of us (5 of which were starving, 16 & 17 year old baseball players), walk in with ease. Food was delicious, there is something for everyone; salads, fried foods, authentic Latino food, steak specials and a full bar. Service was on point. Friendly, courteous, efficient, polite, and genuinely kind. Would go back in a heartbeat. Wish we lived closer.

We moved into Salem last fall, and April’s II happens to be just down the street from us! We have been a few times and enjoyed a nice mix of their breakfast and lunch options. This last Friday, we popped in for an impromptu lunch date and sat at the bar. I love the huge picture of April and the story. So much love there! The place is good sized and very well maintained and clean! Service is swift yet kind! Even the chef came out to chat for a minute while we were enjoying our meal. I opted for the April Salad with grilled shrimp. This is their take on a Greek salad with a very nice light dressing. Look at the flower, too; so pretty. While the salad was delicious, the grilled shrimp made me drool. I ate every bit of them. Hubs had the Rueben and was very satisfied with the taste, and the fries were perfectly seasoned. Iced Tea was so refreshing! Prices were extremely reasonable as well. This is a go-to spot for sure!

Brian is charming and made our visit a lovely and memorable experience. He engaged us in conversation, and introduced us to Roger, the owner, who was also very friendly and welcoming. Brian made food and travel recommendations and went out of his way to find a charger to lend us for our phone so it would be charged and ready to go for the concert after our meal. The food and drinks were delicious and I wish we lived closer so we could return often. Thank you, Brian and Roger!

Never had a bad meal here…ever! Great service, food is fresh and delicious and love their music. They have keno for the keno lovers, a nice big sit down bar and booths for the families. Got to meet one of the son’s of the owner, Jonathan. He gave up a little history of April’s and how it was named after his oldest cousin. He was such a pleasure! Will be back many more times! ❤️

Went yesterday just 40 minutes before closing and had a wonderful service. We came from Montréal and the man who served us was very kind and helpfull while saying where we should go to visit the Boston area. The food was great, big portions and delicious. Fast service. Loved it. Smaller place, bar and tables, makes you feel like u found a secret gem. We both got the Steak Benedict and it was ridiculously good, cooked perfect. I could only eat half, highly recommend. Oh plus u can get adult drinks with breakfast. Yup, ur welcome.

I didn’t go here yesterday but have frequented this place a few times. When the establishment first opened the food as well as the service was excellent! However since then I’ve gone twice and had a mediocre experience. It’s probably been a year since I’ve been but the prices were definitely reasonable.
