Horrible customer service, and they ALWAYS forget at least one thing from the order. Most recently, they forgot 3 things. I order with the mobile app. We didn’t check the bag before leaving unfortunately. We drove back and there was a middle age cashier with a visor who is ALWAYS so rude there. She literally asked us if we were sure, then checked the receipt and STILL looked at us like we were lying. There was a lovely younger cashier who kinda just walked away after this was drawing on longer. All the younger new hires they have had recently have better customer service than the rest of the staff. Hopefully once the old staff leaves this place will improve. The food has improved. At least this visit, they filled the drinks for us thanks to a new, young employee! Looking forward to more customer service improvements here.

I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever received a worse order before. I ordered door dash which did come rather quickly but somehow my spicy chicken sandwich was cold and dry, my coleslaw was warm, my sprite was flat and warm with no ice and I received NO sauce for the ghost pepper chicken wings. My first and LAST time ordering from this location.

The people who work there are always nice and helpful. They do their job well, and the food is great. The restaurant is always clean. The only complaint is that they may need a new soda dispensing machine. The one they have is old and always running out of ice! Time to get them all updated like the ones at the movies! Come on, Popeyes! 🙂

the one time I ordered from here I ordered a family bundle thing for pickup and when I returned home they forgot my 10 biscuits and a large coleslaw. I drove back to receive my missed items and the manager acted confused and I had to repeat myself several times before she gave me my items I paid for. She also said I should’ve checked the bag before leaving and I said I shouldn’t have to and walked out. The heavy set Hispanic “manager” shouldn’t be in customer service at all.

You know a lot of people complain about how slow this place is, I don’t know I kinda like it. It’s super quiet, never busy when I’ve been there. Staff are friendly but not overly talkative. Being able to speak some Spanish helps. I just get a Spicy Chicken sandwich. Might take like 20 minutes but I don’t come here if I’m in a hurry. The place is clean not too big. Of a lot of fast food places that trigger my anxiety like crazy this spot I can breathe and just sit and wait. My Father hates it but he is a go go go man. This place is my speed and I love them for it.

Don’t wait in line download the app and Order ahead so you don’t have to wait in line for the chicken sandwich. This time I ordered 10 of them however I tried the chicken sandwich in early August two or three times before all the hype got out and I was one of the first people to publish about it so I never had to deal with waiting in excessive lines

2 stars for 1 friend staff member, The young man that took my order was very nice, the lady that packed the order was kind of rude – Please take notes because in food service this is important. Rule #1 My ghost pepper wings took 10 mins to fry, that is all fine and well however do not pack the rest of my order and just let it sit there in boxes. For one it sits there and gets soggy because of the steam, and two the food was cold about time I got home. Learn how to time orders so everything is at least warm together. The Ghost Pepper Wings ( the spicy batter is hotter than the ghost pepper batter oddly). Seemed like a nice idea but id have to try another location.
