The dim sum staples are all decent, but it’s the unique items that earned the 5 stars despite the long wait and below average ambience. The Snowy Baked BBQ buns are coated with a sugary frosting which create a unique flavor. I have never had the crispy shrimp chang fun (rice noodle) before and it’s so good that I wish I ordered more. The Deep Fried Tofu Skin Wrap is another one that I will miss when I go back home. I’ve had tofu skins in soup and steamed plenty of times, but never like a spring roll wrap. The ladies that served us were friendly and informative. Enjoyed the brunch even though a 45 minutes wait on a Monday @ 12:30 PM

Decided to go there for lunch with family after Church after reading the reviews on Yelp. The snowy bbq bun is indeed delicious, but the filling was quite just ok. Siumai is a must try. Did not find the hargow all that great. Prices are very reasonable and you cannot get that price anywhere else. No complaints about the service. They refilled the tea without been asked to and even gave us extra napkins when they saw we have used all of ours.

Waited for about 30mins during the Sunday lunch rush at 2pm. Food was good, ordered some dim sum. I’d recommend the cheongfun and any of the crystal skin dumplings. I’ve had better BBQ pork buns and lo mai gai elsewhere though.

This place is chaotic, crowded and often busy but don’t let that deter you. The dim sum here is good. Dim sum restaurants these days don’t push their dishes on carts anymore so you can mark your selections on a menu so it’s pretty easy. They carry most of the common dishes and their pineapple char-shiu bao is excellent.

One of the best, if not the best, dim sum experience I’ve ever had. The food is so fresh, so tasty. I recommend this place very highly

Great food, reasonable price, no annoying service fee added automatically like other Chinese restaurants nearby. Little old furnitures but not a problem when food is good.

This is probably the best dim sum I have had throughout my 11 years in the country so far. The common dim sum (hagao xiumai) are huge, fresh, and juicy. We ordered fried shrimp wrap and it was huge and met all expectations! I am so happy I tried this out and I will definitely be back!

Hesitated to leave my review here because this is the best sit down dim sum place in the Bay Area and I am afraid it gets too popular as more reviews come in.
