Literally every single time I come here before 7:30am, and it’s going on 4 times within 2 months, I’m told they’re can’t help anyone because they’re alone and they’re waiting for more people to show up. What I got was a chicken sandwich without the egg, probly because it was sitting under the heat lamp for two hours and went rotten. The curly fries were cold. As in stuck in the fridge cold, but that’s ok because I got a chicken nugget in my fries that probly sat in the fryer for an hour or two longer than necessary. The coke had a few ice cubes in it, not extra. I can understand some melt during transport, but to have only a dozen cubes floating at the top? It just adds to the abysmal quality that is fast food. This establishment reflects poorly on the franchise.

It amazes me how this location manages to forget an item on my orders every single time. I can’t even give them some lenience on being busy because I’m a night owl and my area is EXTREMELY quiet and never busy in the night and early morning, so there really shouldn’t be any excuse why you can’t just take a second to read and double check the order to make sure it’s correct.
