My mother and I went to Tim Hortons recently on lakeshore rd off rt 5 in Hamburg and the service in the drive thru was just awful. My mother always gets a large decaf iced coffee with three cream and three Splendas and every time she has an issue. This past time they gave her a hot one instead of iced when I asked them for an iced one I handed it back and said I’m so sorry this one is supposed to be iced the person at the window said “ oh really?” And then gave me and my mother a dirty look and then almost 7 minutes later gave her the iced coffee I said thank you have a nice day and all they had to say was “yup” in a very rude tone they never put sugar in it and just gave me and my mother a horrible experience. Please do better at the way you treat people and just learn to be friendly and not be so miserable

Both times i tried to order food this week both times they were out of something that I ordered. The manager there was extremely rude, and since i did an online order, she told me they couldn’t do anything. So I paid $4.99 for something that I didn’t receive. On top of that several of the managers employees were arguing that they had the stuff in stock to make my order, so it came off like she was too lazy and busy during the time i was supposed to pick up my order to make it. Oh and this was at 7:15 in the morning both times, not late in the day where they should be out of stock. If you want an incomplete order but still get charged for it, go to this Tim Hortons, then youll be like me chasing around customer service for a refund. Never going back again.

Worst Tim Hortons around. Every time I go there, there is always some sort of issue. Super long drive thru waits (I just waited 15 minutes for 6 cars). Ordered a wrap, and added bacon (which I paid for) and never got it. Last time I was there, I was charged twice for my order. I think you need to hire some better employees, as they clearly don’t want to work. I’ll be sure to keep going an extra mile to avoid this Tim Hortons at all costs. Save your time and money and do the same!
