Use to go here alot.after today never again. They can not do simple math. They have a special for half price pizza but want to charge more than 50%. Great job guys on loosing a family of customers, not to mention word or mouth. Update is that the manager reached out to apologize and try to make things right. I ordered a pizza with sausage, mushrooms & green peppers along with an order of breadsticks. While the pizza was good, they have been skimping on the vegetables. There were hardly any mushrooms & only 8 tiny slices of green pepper. Breadsticks were good, and they give you quite a bit.

I got the Tuesday special $8.99 -spaghetti, salad, and garlic bread. I had it baked with added green peppers, onions, and mozzarella. Most Italian restaurants don’t have very good good sauce, but this was excellent!

Food is usually always good! However, this time the fried mushrooms were horrible. The mushrooms were placed in a styrofoam container directly from the fryer. The hot food melted the styrofoam. The mushrooms tasted like melted plastic and a bit burnt. I wonder if they were first placed into another styrofoam container that melted worse. Then placed in the one in the photo which still melted but not as bad. The breading was minimal. Almost like the breading was cooked off of the mushrooms. I have never seen fried mushrooms in this pour of a condition before. Hot food directly out of a fryer should not be placed in stryofoam container. The BLT pizza was very delicious as always.

2 weeks ago was the first time I was introduced to Jimanos. My neighbor took me here for my birthday. When the front door swung open I was transported back to childhood smells of Chicago pizza! The young lady who served us, Kelly was outstanding! She suggested the mushroom appetizer after I expressed my love of mushrooms! Throughout our experience she promptly waited on our table, was very bubbly, and attentive! We are back tonight what a great experience! Will never go anywhere else again! Great pizza and great service Kelly!

Great customer service. Ordered delivery through GrubHub and the pizzas arrived completely destroyed. They looked like they were tossed and sat on. I called Jimanos and they apologized and promptly replaced my pizzas. Love their pizza and we order from here at least once a month if not more. Only advice I would give would be maybe check the pizzas before the driver leaves and don’t tip in advance.
