Worst McDonald’s EVER! stayed in drive thru 10 minutes. No one answered. Drove around, cashier rudely said “We changing shifts, I done took my drawer out!” And walked off. I go inside about 10 people waiting to order, and a 15 minutes wait! Floor behind the counter soaking wet! Workers slipping and sliding! Finally ordered a happy meal for my 3 year old great granddaughter. Gave it to her and she says “ Where my fries?” So I go BACK in there to be ignored by the cashier until I said “There were no fries in the box. She asked someone else to give me some fries, they ignored her and she went over and got them. Close it down! I’m sick of them!!!

After sitting in the drive-thru window for 10 mins. A girl came on and said we only taking exact cash. I know the credit card machines are working.. At this point cars pulled up behind me and I had to just drive around and wait in the line to get out another 10 mins or so. The drive thru was empty and this to me is to make customers go away, because a lot of people use cards. The service is always bad. If they had a zero stars that is what I would give. Get some people that want to work. It is obvious they don’t want to.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I have tried time and time again to give them a chance and they always disappoint. The system always down, or they only taking cash. You have to wait 45 minutes in the line then you have to wait another 45 minutes before someone greets you in the drive-thru or they are closed and supposed to be 24 hours.

The McDonald’s Midfield, AL location was very disappointing! The drive thru line was back up with only one line opened. And the wait time was awful! After ten minutes cars still hadn’t moved to advanced in line. I know it had to be 8-10 cars ahead of me. I eventually left!

SNAP SHARP
This the second 3 time my order hasn’t been right! First time I asked for fresh fries and I got cold fries. I asked for bacon double cheeseburger no onions add mayo and got a cold sandwich cheese not melted, no mayo one strip of bacon and still had onions. Lastly I ordered the 20 piece nugget meal with a sweet tea, I got 16 nuggets, a small fry and unsweetened tea!! Man smh that day shift is horrible.

I purchased a large mango/pineapple smoothie. When took the first sip I realized that it was spoiled. I tried calling the restaurant but no one answered the phone. That’s $4 wasted. I actually traveled to two different McDonald’s to get this smoothie; I guess I didn’t need it. ‍♀️
