I ordered the combo with bacon and asked for jalapeños in the burger. It was so amazing. I love burgers and this one was great! The fries were perfectly seasoned and even the Coke had the perfect mix of syrup and carbonation. It is rare to go somewhere and have everything you got taste perfect and it did! The gentleman that took my order was also helpful.

The lady in front was rude and kept Interrupting when we were trying to order. We made it clear we didn’t want a certain item and said multiple times just for her to still do it. The shake itself was gross it tasted like it was freezer burned and mixed with water and ice.

I get the same thing every time I go so my opinion is limited. Double cheeseburger with fries for $3.99? What a deal! These people have one of the best tasting burgers I’ve ever had! I would love to try the other burgers but I have to watch my waste line.

It’s new to the mall so there is a bit of a wait. They were very friendly while taking our order. We got the Prime Steakburger and added bacon and diced fried onions. In a word: delicious.

The cashier Abel D gave me the worst service I’ve ever had at LA Palmera food court. First he tried to tell us he was out of a burger advertised and went to confirm only to come back and say yes they have it then when we asked him to make it a combo he said it couldn’t come with fries and a drink but that’s not what the sign said as you can see from the photo. Maybe steak N shake should hire someone that wants to make sales.

Bought a Frisco melt burger. Very good . Kinda like a patty melt. Got a free burger by doing surgery on receipt so we got a double patty burger. Great flavor. Also got a free Nutella shake by getting on their app. It was thick and creamy. Really liked the thin and crispy fries.
