BROOKLYN BREEZY
This place looks so run down but it’s my absolute favorite for quesabirria with consome. Their creamy cilantro chicken taco is really good too. Some days/ times the food is better than others. I honestly prefer their birria over Antonio’s- it just has more flavor, they are bigger and the consome is more flavorful. The other Boise location location seems cleaner with more consistent quality food but this one is closer to me .

I’d heard a lot about this place from my buddies so I had to try it for myself. At first glance it doesn’t look like anything special, but once you look into the kitchen you know you’re about to get something good. I tried the chipotle chicken taco, which is a very fresh taco with crisp lettuce, the birria taco and a quesobirria taco. Out of what I ordered I’d recommend the quesobirria. It’s hard to find local spots serving birria and I’m happy that this place exists. Tacos range from $1.50-$4 depending on what type. The smells in here make me feel like I’m back in Mexico and the food is great! I’d definitely recommend you at least try Fiesta Chicken if you enjoy authentic style Mexican food. They have everything from street tacos to meal platters. You might just fall in love!

Fiesta Chicken is the most underrated restaurant in Boise, don’t @ me. I don’t know how this place isn’t more talked about. Locals sure know about it – the drive thru is packed every day. If you’re from out of town, I highly encourage you to stop by for some of the best damn chicken you’ll ever eat.

These tacos would be good if they weren’t so salty and soggy. As soon as I got back to work which is not far, the tortillas were like gummy bears. The girl at the front taking my order was very rude and dismissive. Will not eat here again.

I have to be honest, my daughter and I drove all the way from Nampa to get birria in Boise only to arrive at our destination and find it closed (even though it said it was open online). So we googled the nearest Mexican restaurant and found this place was closest AND they had birria on their menu, so we decided to give it a shot. I’m glad we did. We both ordered their quesabirria. It was surprisingly good and so was the consommé. Not the best we’ve ever had but still made the drive worthwhile and we left satisfied. My only complaint would be that they don’t put enough onion and cilantro inside the tacos. We did enjoy the salsa bar though. And adding their green sauce and some fresh lime juice to the tacos is what made them so tasty. So for an accidental discovery, we were quite happy and would definitely go back. The service was also fast and friendly which was just an added bonus. Prices were quite reasonable as well. $3.50 per quesabirria taco isn’t bad at all.

I really like their chicken and how it’s seasoned and prepared. I got the 3 piece California chicken meal with corn tortillas and my sides were rice and beans. It was delicious and lots of food. We also ordered the nachos; they were also great filled with lots of fresh toppings. If you ever had Pollo Loco and like it, then you’ll love fiesta chicken

This was our first time eating at Fiesta Chicken. The staff was friendly, and service was fast. My husband had the Chipotle chicken tacos and I had the chicken enchiladas, delicious. My meal was so hot they served it on top a second plate. We’re looking forward to trying the half chicken with sides.

Fiesta chicken never disappoints. Everything I’ve ordered there has been excellent. Their macaroni and cheese, potato salad and broccoli salad are better than homemade. I love chicken and quesadillas. The flour tortillas and pico de gallo are better than homemade. Their prices cannot be beat and portion sizes are always large. do not hesitate to go there anytime day or night. I’m headed there now.

Great local taqueria/fast food place for grilled chicken. My favorite thing I’ve found so far here are the creamy cilantro chicken tacos. Like others have said, the chicken entrees are the best here. Great tex mex style food and decent authentic options as well. Lots of options for people who like authentic Mexican and border food at decent prices. The inside is nothing to write home about but it is kept clean and has some decorations. Has a drive through as well, but it is usually busy so I’ve never tried it.
