Extremely rude and slow. I live close and every time its an ordeal. 5 min at speaker without order being taken. They said something other than taking my order so i drove around only to be spoken to like im the idiot. “You didnt place your order” no b, you didnt take my order, because you didnt press the pedal dummy. Four cars waiting in line completing one at a time. After six years of visiting this location, b k should just close it and start over…

When did fast food stop being fast? I don’t know what has happened to Brger King but the service and food quality has definitely taken a nose dive. 15 minutes waiting in line and finally get to the window to be told we just dropped your fish pull to the double doors and we will bring it out to you. Then when you finally get the food, the fish is barely warm and the onion rings are cold.

The bag of trash that was passed through the drive through window was an embarrassment to burger king. Dry and barren whopper junior, 5 small onion rings in the pouch made it look like it was empty, and the coke was tainted with some kind of cleaning solution. It tasted like a citrus cleaner was in it. Drive through employee told me that they had cleaned the shake machine after 9pm. They are open until 2am. No shakes after 9pm? I was there while they were open for 4 more hours, but everything tasted and looked old. Asked for ketchup as the window was closed in my face and had to wait until she came back to request it.

Don’t come here unless you want undercooked food, rude and inappropriate staff and lack of accountability from management. Literally had an undercooked impossible burger and management said that’s how they come up when they cook them. Like that was supposed to make me feel better that I’ve potentially had more than one undercooked patty from this place?!

Update: So my fiance is throwing up from some clearly-undercooked chicken wraps. I didn’t finish mine and warned him not to eat his, but he did anyway and now he’s bent over the toilet. The employees were “making fresh chicken” so I happily waited for it and would’ve waited even longer for properly cooked food. Sorely disappointed and let down by this previously-awesome location.
