I paid $20 for an itty bitty sandwich that was supposed to be cold and it was NOT. I only asked for no tomatoes but it came with NOTHING on it! No lettuce no onion no seasoning mayo or oil and vinegar. And fries have NO SALT AT ALL. I am so disappointed in the entire order. The receipt TAPED TO THE SANDWICH HAS THE ORDER CORRECT. I don’t understand how someone could see that and think that looks right!

We love Penn Station. Stopped in today in Englewood. Order taken quickly, staff very nice! Got home with order and the subs were excellent as always. But bought 2 orders of fries at almost $10. They are about half the size that they use to be when they were the best around! And so over cooked they were crunchy and inedible. Wish I could send a picture of them.
