I was so happy to see a Potbelly in Fredericksburg. This was my lunch spot when I work in DC/Arlington. Food is delicious…filling…great customer service…clean store. We had the Mediterranean Sandwich, Mac and cheese. Chicken pot pie soup and the delicious cookies. This has been my third visit since I found this location 2 months ago.

Great food and service! I had not been in awhile. Got lucky to sit outside in a bit of an unusual warm day. Sandwich was good and I added a topping based on their suggestion. Service was pretty quick. No complaints! Two people in our group had shakes and enjoyed them. Two people had cookies and thought they were good.

The chubby girl at counter had a smart mouth and attitude and the guy behind doin sandwiches was sloppy also bad attitude and attempted to carry a tuff guy conversation before walking to his car then back inside without washing hands. I can guarantee I will never eat at this place again. Wife didn’t appreciate either employees terrible behavior

So, this is my second time eating at potbelly. both times the food was great but … the portions are small. I got the veggie, truth be told, i prefer wawa’s veggie, both in price and volume. staff was great. location was super clean. ingredients seemed to be quality.

Placed an order online today for curbside pickup at 3pm. I turned on my hazards when I arrived let them know that I was parked using the app. waited 10 minutes and no one came out so I went into the store. Behind the counter were two guys standing around and talking to each other. I asked if they had my order (a bag was sitting right in front of him) he looked around and then noticed the in front of him and handed it to me. I uploaded the receipt and my order to show that it was curbside pickup that I requested and I had requested ranch dressing. As you can see from my pics that they included balsamic vinegar with the salad. Usually I can look past errors but this was not a good experience at all. I had also included a tip when I placed the order online- my mistake to include a tip before receiving service. I will not go to this store again.I had to give 1 star to post this review but if I would’ve given them no stars if that was possible.

The food was delicious, and accurate. The only complaint I would have would be that they took the trash out the front door for all the customers to see. The trash bag actually hit my chair on the way out since it’s so tight in there. I hope they have a back door and will access that going forward.

This was my first visit because someone at my job ordered a sub and it smelled delicious. I’m giving them 3 because I think the service was not up to par. The young lady took my order and noticed she got my order wrong when it was time to pay. I had to wait another 5 minutes after already waiting 15 minutes for my first order. Also, I didn’t get the extra mayo on the second attempt, so I wasn’t satisfied with the sandwich. I think I satisfied my curiosity, so I doubt if I will return.

Extremely unpleasant person who prepared my sub to go messed up and once I called to explain, I was told to come back when I was already out 20 min so asked for refund and was told refund couldn’t be processed over the phone and I had to walk in. I drove back 20 min to find this sign. Also, store prepared online orders and left inside locked store. I saw another frustrated customer who was there to pickup online order which was there but the door was locked. Very bad customer service and food quality was okay.
