I’ll admit I love Chik fila, but this visit wasn’t the greatest. I’m not from this area either. I ordered a pretty big order for the family I was visiting with. I went to get it and took it to a park about 20 minutes away. I went through the drive thru. Their parking lot certainly is better than the one in my town. Drive thru was odd to me, bringing us down to one lane, basically. That is fine. However, I probably should come to the realization that I just need to take 2 more minutes and check to make sure I have everything. That is just how today is anymore. They forgot 2 sandwiches, which meant 2 family members didn’t eat. I couldn’t find a way to contact them, and I didn’t have cell reception where we were anyway. I went all the way back to get them and also ordered something else because another person joined us. Anyway, I’m not sure if they believed me or not, but I just got an oh, we’re sorry. All I ask is just do better, please. It shouldn’t be that hard. You weren’t that busy. The past 2 years have been awful on drive thru for me. This is the reason I go to chik fila because usually they are better at service. This time, it was not.

I visited on 5.6.23 during the Tulip Time festivities. The staff was amazing, super great! The food was not comparable to other locations I have been to. The fries were mainly crumbs and the chicken nuggets were burnt to a point of not eating. I understand Tulip Time is a busy time but it also makes me hesitant to return to this location because of the price tag I spent on the food ordered….

Brand new facility with a new type of drive through. Instead of the traditional window drive up, they meet you outside. After paying they bring food to you under an overhang. Food is awesome and fresh. Employees are very friendly as well.

Unfortunately chic-fil-a Pella has tarnished the company’s good name. I have never once had an issue with an order at a chic-fil-a until Pella. The last 2 times through, they have gotten my order wrong. Got nuggets instead of strips like I ordered and the last time they completely forgot my fries. I expect this from McDonalds but not Chic-fil-a. Disappointing that the Pella locations doesn’t seem to meet the same standards as other locations i have visited.
