I love Chipotle. My only gripe is that other than the chicken, everything I’ve tried is too salty. So I always get the chicken, so not a lot of options if you must watch your salt. Also I would love salt free chips but they dont offer.

Worst service ever. Rude preparer person. Rude cashier. They should not be in customer service jobs. Shame on Chipotle for not giving necessary customer service training. This seems to be the norm at Chipotles now. Many Rude employees at most locations. Hair in food. No Managers around.

Been getting take-out here for a few weeks. Tonight we ordered Carnitas tacos and I believe “Matthew” was initially helping us. Nice guy, positive attitude and a good employee. As Matthew was making our carnitas tacos, a co-worker walked up (heavier male Hispanic) and took over for Matthew. The co-worker seemed angry and is clearly in the wrong line of work. To make things worse, he forgot to put the carnitas (pork) on two of our tacos. That said, the tacos (the ones w/meat) were delicious, as usual.

We are currently doing Whole 30 and Chipotle is the only restaurant that we have found in South Orange County that has a Whole 30 approved meal. It’s carnitas with Romain lettuce, Pico de Gallo, and guacamole, with fajita vegetables. It was pretty darned good too! Highly recommended when doing Whole 30 as a meal as it gets hard to cook every single meal for 30 days straight! Thanks Chipotle for having a Whole 30 option!

I have ordered here at least 20 times, and they have screwed up my order at least half of those times. I am so sick and tired of employees that can’t read a simple order. The only thing consistent with this Chipotle is them screwing up my order. How do you confuse sour cream with queso Blanco? White rice instead of brown rice? Burrito instead of burrito bowl? They just put what they want in the bag and have no pride in their work or obviously in them selves. Sad, I’m done, I keep thinking they couldn’t possibly screw it up again, yet they do. I’ve given them enough chances. Will never go back, ever!!!!!!!!
