Okay so I’m NOT trying to sound racist here so don’t take it that way, but it seems like every time I go and eat here and this manager who happens to be black is on shift, my fries are ALWAYS hot and fresh and my tenders are always hot and fresh. I don’t like my food any other way. I shouldn’t need a chainsaw to eat chicken tenders. I know when I see her on shift I know my food is gonna be how I like it.

Worse experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Uncooked chicken on my biscuit, frozen hash rounds, hateful lady yelling behind the counter that she hates people, cursing, throwing food, being rude. Other customers hearing how much they were hated by employees.

The only reason I ever go to Hardee’s is for three Western Bacon Cheeseburger. Today, I found out that this location doesn’t offer them anymore. The staff was friendly, but the food is disappointing.

The breakfast staff is always on point and kind . My husband and I went through the drive through to order this evening , and the woman working drive thru was extremely rude . We were just going to tough it out , but the sarcasm and the rudeness just through the intercom alone was enough. We decided not to eat there and left in the middle of ordering unfortunately . Very disappointing .
