Food is usually good. Found some type of insect in my parm bites. Delivery times are usually pretty fast. Pick up times are usually very very slow. But to be expected in the area near the u of a apartments. The insect really bummed me out. Unfortunately it was to late to refund it. Will be refunding today. Most likely won’t be coming back because of that.

Ordered on 12/24/22 @5:15PM from the 1st Ave store, order #1591, and it was the worst! Only the wings were ok, soggy for naked wings but tasted fine. I was told because it had been more than an hour since I got my order they absolutely refused to do anything about the 2 burned pizzas, 1 had no sauce at all and all of the ‘bacon’ topping was so burned, both pizzas had such a gross burned flavor that we couldn’t eat them and the inedible cinnamon twists soaked in grease that they delivered to me. But it had only been 41 minutes! This is disgusting and a horrible way to treat your customers. I will never order from Domino’s again unless they choose to make this right!

Placed a delivery order. When I went track it it was showing delivered. This was 15min after the 35min delivery eta. Called them and they said that they had to re-make one of the items, and the driver was going to be on his way shortly. karolyn is the rude person than answered. Pizza got here looking like the $5pizza thats been in the oven waiting for pick up at lil caesars. Not point on calling or asking to re make the pizza. The dirver was nice and apoligize for being late. Not her proble Karolyn being the person i talked to and knows the issue should of been nicer and not rude. Order was placed today.

Unfortunately this dominos lost my business, had a double transaction tried to take care of it and was told wait two day.i said so do you want me to call back in 2 days he said then after 2 days it becomes a bank issue? Then why wait 2 days I would like to fix it now .that’s not how the system is set up so I will not be or should i say grandkids summertime eating pizza daily .yeah definitely you lost some look up my history had a running order there business lost.

@dominos ordered 7/21 #7624 order pizza well done it was burnt & charred called 7/22 told he would put credit under my # & call the store when ready to order tried to order 8/4 was told there was no credit & spoke to supervisor he didn’t help me I called Mitchell GM 8/5 was on hold 27 minutes and disconnected

Do not get the wings. My mother got wings and when I tried them they were horrible. The actual wing had no meat, it was just fat. It was like bitting a gummy candy but soggy with a never ending chew that would just become worst over time.

Negative stars if I could. Saturday night before Superbowl I placed an order, it was cancelled immediately and I thought I just used too many coupons so I placed it again and it was cancelled. The stores phone didn’t even ring it was just silent from 3 different phones. Thanks to them my account is now overdrawn because I had enough for both of the orders that got cancelled ($70 total) but not also the hungry howies that actually brought me dinner.
