We ordered two coffees. One regular which I received right after payment and a latte which took 10 to 15 minutes. On-line orders were coming in and we were behind those. I find it bad customer service to make a customer who visits your store to wait that long. The on-line orders were piling up on the pick-up counter and as a result, our ticket got lost in the queue. It was a little rediculous.

I give 5 stars to one worker this past Saturday evening 1-21-23 there was only one worker behind the counter I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. My wife stood in line for more than 20 minutes. I watch said person running around behind that counter all while doing everything with a smile!!! White female young blonde hair about 5’5 ish with glasses. If I see her again I’m going to tip her better I was not prepared for her excellent service!

We had a big order and the girl behind the counter ( I did not ask for her name but she has long wavy hair) did an awesome job to make our drinks quickly. Despite the fact that there was a line she made sure to welcome everyone, but it would be great to have another worker during busy workday mornings. This location has a variety of pastry which made me very happy because I was craving for a ham and cheese croissant!

I ordered 2 regular coffees one with cream – sugar given as repárate pockets . I’ve never waited SO much for two simple coffees that were already brewed! It took 40 minutes for them to pour me these coffees. Outrageous! The girl taking orders was not at all busy yet she did not do it. I realized they were busy but they need to train front desk people to fulfill simple orders when they are not busy

i’ve always ordered the same drink and have never had a problem until now. my drink wasn’t even filled up all the way. however, i was told that i should have ordered the latte in order for it to be filled up, which i understood and didn’t really complain after. it was just the fact that i was just asking a simple question of why my drink wasn’t filled up, and a girl name Rylee rudely responded to me. if you’re having a bad day, don’t bring it out on the customer who’s asking a simple question. keep your snarky attitude somewhere else, because it’s very disrespectful, especially when i wasn’t being rude to this girl. overall, this Starbucks needs to hire better employees because previously, my mom even had a problem where they purposely ignore her while she was waiting to be served. this place really needs employees with better customer service.

On Sunday evening around 5:30 I went into the Target at the Promenade in Diberville. For once there was only 2 people in line so I’m decided to get a coffee. There were 2 employees working the counter at the time. I walked up behind the only customers in line. Within a minute the were moving to the side so I assumed they were waiting for their orders. Both employees liked like they were making coffee.

It took a solid 40 minutes to get a water with a fully staffed store. Employees were literally just standing watching the girl on bar struggle to get orders out.
