I waited over 10 minutes for an egg and sausage Mcmuffin. When I asked the crew leader about my order, I was told it’s not ready yet. After waiting a couple more minutes, I asked another person about it, telling him I just couldn’t wait anymore. He went over and picked it up and gave it to me. As I was leaving, that crew leader shouted at me at the top of her lungs “It just came up like three times.” I was so flabbergasted I stopped dead in my tracks staring at her, trying to figure out what the heck was going on as several other people in line and in the front of the dining area looked on. . Needless to say, I won’t be back, which is probably what that skinny young black crew leader wants.

Came here for breakfast and ordered 6 biscuits. When I asked for jam the lady only gave me two. I asked for more and I was told she could only give 2 per person. I ordered 6 biscuits! McDonald’s doesn’t even pay its workers a living wage but yet they act like they personally buy the sauces. Only getting two jams for 6 biscuits is beyond ridiculous and I was very unhappy with the lack of customer service I received today.

Really good double quarter pounder with cheese and I also added bacon on it which made it even better. The Carmel frappe was sweet and cold. My biggest reason for not rating 5 star is the shoestring fries were awful under cooked representation of French fries, they were still white soggy and mostly tasted like raw potatoes, which I like when I peel them myself. These were the worst fries I have ever purchased anywhere. Ate about an 1/8th of them before throwing away.

My biggest problem is the app and rewards glitches often. I am a frequent customer that’s too embarrassed to say how often and how much is spent. The service is great and would have a 5 star if mcflurry ice cream machine isn’t “broken down” often. Honestly, if it weren’t for the rewards app, Wendy’s would have all my business, but their app is worse. Atmosphere is average, when we dine in but seldom do.

Didnt give us the complete order at the drive through so we had to go inside to get it ourselves only to find out after we left that they didnt even give us the right burgers, called to ask for a refund and they hung up on me randomly. Average mcdonald experience i suppose.

What’s the point of sitting and waiting for food to be made fresh just to get cold food. I waited for 10 mins for not only them to mess up my order but for them to still give me cold food this is ridiculous and this McDonald’s always has a problem wether it’s rude workers, or them messing up orders.

I am not sure what happened to this location, but a few months ago it started a serious decline in service. I can place a mobile order and get a message 5 blocks away that they are starting on my order. Yet when I get inside I still have to 5 – 10 minutes to get my food. Recently, even after waiting that long I find out my food is wrong time and time again. I have started going to other locations where I can be in and out in less than 5 minutes. Something needs to be fixed at this location.
