First off…yes, as expected, a fantastic burger. Definitely the best I’ve had south of the Blazer Pub and north of JG Melon. Maybe even better than the Blazer. Need to try again. Service was great. I walked in with only tap-to-pay, and they were so accommodating. Atmosphere is more like an old man bar with a small dining section in the back, but don’t let that dissuade you from going. I loved it and will plan to go again for another burger soon.

Known for their burger, they proved their worth today. It comes down to the meat itself, which seems to set it apart from most burger places. Whatever the combination of meat and spices, it hits the bullseye. The onion rings are also well done. Their pickles are pretty special too.

Asked for a rare burger and got it? Coleslaw was a bit dry but fresh. I ordered grilled jalapeno and got pickled. Oh well, still pretty tasty burger. Chocolate mousse cake is delish but not quite big enough to share. (You’ll want your own!)

Classic beer-and-burger joint. Warm welcome as soon as we entered, nice bartender. Good burger and fries! Okay drinks selection, nothing fancy. Note that restaurant section closes at 10 p.m., bar seating closes at 11 p.m., not open as late as listed on website or front door. Parking available on street or in the back.
