Went in at lunchtime and they were completely empty, which should have been our first clue. Despite being empty we had to wait several minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. It seems like they’ve taken filling options off the menu, or at least that’s what the guy working there said when I asked for cucumber and mushrooms, so my burrito bowl was barely half full. Nothing tasted fresh, everything was moderately disappointing, even the chips were stale!

How could this establishment be surrounded by so many amazing restaurants to be this gross. Came in and this was my first (and last) visit. A young gentlemen made my burrito and bowl and neither me nor my husband finished it because of how discussing the quality of the products were. No freshness. First off, he went to put rice in the bowl and the rice that dropped, he picked it up off the side of the station and put it back in the rice. Then, I had to ask him to change his glove after going in the back and getting cheese and honestly, who touches others items and not change their glove when dealing with food. Food wasn’t well kept and now i see why it looked old. Safe to say I won’t be back. This was my bday burrito and I could’ve done without. Do not recommend.

Pretty bad experience. Got some sauce on my burrito, she pulls the sauce bottle out of the water they keep it in (?) and all this water just drips off and into my burrito. Kinda nasty. Also, out of the sauces they advertise as new.

I’m giving it a 2 because of lack of cleanliness. It looks unkempt and the bathroom appears to not have been cleaned in days. Don’t understand how Smyrna board of health has not inspected. Should be embarrassing for Smyrna. Can only imagine food sanitary issues. Please fix.
