The first time we got pizza here, they gave the option of curbside but no one came. That is understandable right now. We gave it another shot, and the pizza tasted disgusting. It tasted like they either used sauce that was old, sat out too long, or something cheap that was not what Pizza Hut usually uses (I’m guessing here). It was gross and we won’t be back.

Worst New York style pizza ever. Too much bread, dried up sauce, and no melty cheese. Some sort of weird cheese sprinkle on top. Didn’t taste like Parmesan. Got charged twice on our credit card. Manager seemed nice in dealing with the issue, although the charge has not yet been reversed. Pizza Hut has lost our business.

I always love ordering Pizza Hut and the food is always good. But today I placed a delivery order to my apartment in bellefonte, and got a message that my pizza was out for delivery. Never got a message that it had been delivered. So finally about 20 minutes later…. I walked out of my apartment and went outside and it was sitting on the common stairs, where other residents walk and it had been raining. If I wouldn’t have looked because again I never got a message I would still be waiting or have called the store and my food would be sitting outside going to waste. Please make an effort to put the delivery food where the customer requested, or at the very least send a message to let us know it is here.

Was very disappointed with the Detroit style pizza. Ordered the meaty and received an occasional pepperoni with just excessive sauce. As you can see, no crispy cupped pepperoni! I couldn’t eat it..too much sauce!

I ordered online, thinking I picked delivery and not carry-out. When I had to switch to delivery, I had to change everything in my cart. I thought I picked pan for the crust on my supreme, but it was not pan. My husband was disappointed. I also ordered a stuffed crust pizza. The cheese was all brown. My one daughter only likes cheese pizza and when it is burn, she has a hard time eating it. The cheese was also burnt on my cheese sticks. We will be taking a break from Pizza Hut for a while. Oh, and you were out of mushrooms.
