If you’ve been feeling too high and mighty lately, pay a visit to this Chipotle to be humbled. I don’t need the staff of an establishment to act like I’m their long lost sibling who just came home from WWII as they kiss me on the forehead when I enter the building and tell me a bedtime story as I wait for my food. But this Chipotle location will have all the patience evaporating from your body and your hand shaking involuntarily as it dials the number for corporate as if possessed by an entity who will not sleep until she speaks to a manager.

New to the city, I had to hunt down my favorite eatery. The direction were clear and precise. The restaurant was busy(of course), but the staff was working like a well oiled machine. I watched as guest were greeted, menu selections taken and the order smoothly filled. I was amazed at the light banter between the employees, they seemed genuinely happy. The entire atmosphere of the place, along with the good food, good service made me glad I came. As a matter of fact I’ve been there twice more since that first day. Sorry no pics, just trust me the food was consistently good.

Food quality was terrible! The tortilla chips for the guacamole were stale and extremely salty. The rice was hard. I just had a baby so I scheduled a pick up order. Trying to get in touch with this store to request a refund is IMPOSSIBLE. Chatting through the app about your experience is a waste of time. Just DONT order from this location if you want to enjoy your food, I was pissed.

After visiting this location, I decided to read the reviews due to the experience I had there. I always write reviews everywhere I go, good or bad. I see that this location obviously is not too concerned with what the customer has said in the past! I see so many terrible reviews from months ago, with the latest being 2 weeks ago. This truly has to be the worst Chipotle in Michigan. The food station was messy, and the lettuce was brown. There was only one person (the cook) who greeted us when we came in. The portion of the rice was very, very small. I had to ask for more. The meat portion is also small, and to get enough, you have to pay an additional $3.30, and you get just one scoop more. This is ridiculous! Once getting to the register and my total was given to me, I was then told only cards or exact change. Why that wasn’t communicated before me ordering, I don’t understand! The reward scanner isn’t working, which means I could not redeem any rewards! The cashier, RICHARD, is extremely RUDE!! He appeared to be very annoyed and began aggressively grabbing items. For the amount that’s charged for these bowls, the portion size truly needs to be larger. Upon getting home, the chips were stale, and the favor did not compare to other Chipotle! I will never ever visit this location again. Please DO BETTER! Whomever the manager and / or district manager are, you really need to do something, or I can see this location being closed down very soon. Look at what is happening with Burger King! No one wants to work anymore, and the customer’s service is awful! PLEASE DO BETTER!!

I DoorDash from this location because of where my work location is. Today I received my Chicken burrito bowl which was missing corn salsa, mild/tomato salsa, AND sour cream. My bowl is literally just chicken, rice, lettuce and cheese. My co-worker’s bowl is also missing Guacamole in hers which we paid extra for. This is not the first time this happened with my DoorDash orders from this location. I also had a pick up order there once, opened the bag to check and saw that they did not give me my order of chips with my queso. I asked the employees about the missing chips and she said “we’re out”. Had I not checked or asked, there would have been no explanation. The burrito with my order was the incorrect meat as well – ordered steak and they gave me barbacoa instead. If they were out of steak and chips, they should’ve informed me during pick up and asked if it’s okay to substitute. This place is a joke, workers have terrible attitudes. This place needs to be re-staffed.

Probably one of the worst Chipotle’s I’ve been to. I’m not sure if this only applies to DoorDash/online orders, but, my wife’s order felt very light out of the bag. Upon opening the lid, it was pretty sparse and had almost nothing in it – almost like a half portion. She was also missing some items we chose, like fajita vegetables and corn salsa, and the rice wasn’t fully cooked and was crunchy. My order wasn’t quite the amount I’m used to portion wise form chipotle, but was better than my wife’s order. The steak was pretty sparse and tasted more dry than other locations. I’ve tried to give this location a few tries but it’s been like this every time. I will not be visiting this location again.

Ordered online! Paid $16. To arrive, and be told damn near all the ingredients in my bowl was missing because they didn’t have it. Mind you I order it at 8:30! So it wasn’t like I order it at 9:45! They lazy! They don’t care. And she still had the nerve to want to try to give it to me. I’m getting me refund. If you are out of chips. corn salsa , fresh tomato salsa … and possibly out of queso – you might as well close for the night . Take the food left and donate it or something. First time visiting this location and last time – I should have taken heed to the reviews before I walked in . Better off going to Taco Bell across the way.
