Best Mexican food place around in my opinion (as a white person) but I honestly think this place is way better than others around. Here they have ann EXTREMELY large seafood section of the menu. Always get the best food when I’m here and everyone here is so sweet and nice! Highly recommend checking this place out! This place is usually my go to first date meet up place! Saturdays are really great because sometimes they have live music in the evenings.

Service was terrible! Food was regular nothing too memorable. They like refused to greet us with words and instead used blank stares. They attempted to sit us near a bathroom and rolled her eyes when I asked for another seat. They also made us wait until we got our appetizer to get the complimentary chips and dip. I don’t typically write these but I felt like I should for this. First off, the staff was awesome and very nice, that deserves praise. However, my girlfriend really wanted to try the seafood here and share an experience with me (she is Mexican), so we came here on a date. Neither of us liked what we ordered at all because of the vast amounts of lime juice and acidity that were in our drinks and food. It’s like vast amounts of pure lime concentrate was poured in what we ordered. I’m one who always finishes my food and then hers because I’m just not picky and am constantly physically active, but we couldn’t. She usually puts lime in her food often already, but this bothered her. We didn’t even make it out of the restaurant before she got sick. I felt terrible throughout the night and was then sick the next two days. On top of that it was very expensive, which wouldn’t be so frustrating if we hadn’t gotten sick. I really hate to give this place a bad review but I we felt in this case it is necessary to bring to attention.

Los Plebes was an excellent choice for a hot muggy Sunday. The ceviche was outstanding and the star of the show. If you don’t know what to order get a ceviche from the different ones they offer.
