The food was fine, but I wasn’t given a receipt and couldn’t reach anyone when I called. Very unprofessional. I’ll have to swing by after work to see if I can get the receipt printed since I used my company card and have to have it.

Terrible Arby’s, atleast at night. Drive-thru window was super rude, no receipt so I couldn’t get her name, had it messed up multiple times, you can see the mac and cheese I’ll keep an eye on my card just in case fraudulent activity pops up

The staff here seem like they really hate working here. They’re incredibly abrasive. They also deactivated the water spout in the drink dispenser and they play really bad elevator music. For some reason they took my credit card over to the drive through register out of sight when we were at the front desk.

Service was good but the food is okay extremely overpriced! My favorite sandwich is the smokehouse brisket and I can remember that it used to come stacked with a healthy portion of meat. Just bought this $10 sandwich today and I’ll swear it has less meat on it than a classic roast beef! Arbys…

DO NOT EAT HERE. Staff is rude as all get out and want to accuse you of stealing food. I ordered 4 meals, and they only rang me up for 3, didn’t give me a receipt and the order was missing. When returning to get the missing food, the woman wanted to give me attitude and accuse me of stealing food 3 times. Corporate needs to come down hard on this place AND FAST. If you’re looking for a good Arby’s, you better keep searching because this one IS NOT IT. IF YOURE IN TOWN FOR MASTER’S – GOOD LUCK!! You’ll see that Augusta isn’t all it’s cracked up to be by visiting this location. ZERO STARS!!!

Food was excellent. Cashier was rude and didn’t provide us with a receipt. Requested to add cheese sauce to our order, we were advised our ticket had been cashed out and we would need to pull back around to order. No other cars were in line.

I went in there today cause I had a long walk and it was hot out and I was sweating I just sat in the back for 10 minutes and the managwr with the short black hair came out saying her general manager said I had to leave cause I didn’t order something that was rude and disrespectful she does not deserve to be a manager and of the general manager acty said that then she don’t deserve her title either. I’m a general manager and I would never talk to anyone like that and I’m reporting both to corporate or HR or who ever I have to call

Classic roast beef sandwich tasted like it was leftover not any where close to being warm, crinkle fries had too much salt and weren’t warm either and had a choice of water, lemonade or tea! Not a good experience considering they were not busy.
