I ordered a eggplant parm extra cheese not only was it sloppy out together the eggplant was over done and had the texture of baby food . But it was also cold . And there extra cheese they put American cheese which to me is gross everything was cold . Lady at the counter though was nice which is a plus . But it would have been nice to have a sub even if it was over done. I would never recommend this place for subs at least

Got a large cheese pizza terribly under cooked, legit couldn’t even get a slice all the cheese ripped off the slice, the price was 16.00 which is ridiculous cause on the website it said 13.00 dollars. Then when asked they said the prices had been changed.? I wouldn’t recommend getting any pizza.

Paid $20 for a large tuna with delivery. Bread on the side. Could not eat this tuna it was filled to the brim with large chunks of celery. They were the size of small teeth and made it impossible to chew or eat. Dont order tuna!!! Not edible

It was a little disappointing. I had gone there for years when I lived and worked nearby. They were great, fresh bread, fresh ingredients and hefty portions. Not so much now. Plus it’s still freezing in there!

Arrived at opening, 10am. They were receiving a large order of bread from the local bread factory, which explains all the brown bags on the display. Haha. Service is pleasant as usual. Very nice people.

We can only order out once in a blue moon because we are unable to afford it so when we do we hope for the best for our $. We gave Big A a try and it was a disappointment. I ordered well done steak and cheese and it was chewy and not cooked as requested. I couldn’t eat it. My husband got a steak bomb and same thing-it just wasnt great he took two bites and wrapped it up. The onion rings were decent-the jalapeño poppers were cold. It was Super upsetting because we probably can’t get takeout again til spring. Lots of leftovers that will just get trashed. 🙁
