First issue with Alissa at cr210 Been coming here for 4 years never an issue. Asked for well done steak. She said it’s just the way it comes! I get it well done all the time! I asked her several different times with several different options and she certainly lacks personality and has snappy remarks! Not pleased with this young lady!

We didn’t eat here because we were put off by the environment. At least 4-5 people were working and everyone of them looked at us and continued talking to each other. There was only 1 male eating inside, no other customers. This is the only fire house I’ve ever been to that doesn’t greet you coming in. Then my husband stayed ordering and but had to approach them. I didn’t feel comfortable and decided to leave. The employee walking by us in the lobby almost bumped me and didn’t say two words.

I have never had a bad experience at Firehouse until today…. I waited almost 30 mins for 2 subs and some soup! They were not overly busy at all and had plenty of employees working, the employees were fighting with each other!! I get home and the subs were falling apart, the topping were all out side the bread, so much sauce the bread was soggy! Bad, bad experience

Found a three inch hair in one of our sandwiches. Called the manager to let them know. They were “sorry about that.” That’s all they had to say. We won’t go back. No one’s feeling good about this meal or Firehouse Subs (and it wasn’t cheap, as the remains of all the sandwiches hit the trash can). So gross.

I normally try to look past issues at fast food-like places, but this is getting to be the norm at this particular location: The inside is always dirty, tables are never cleaned, food is all over the floor, and the soda machine looks like it has never been cleaned. This is not an isolated incident either, it’s been like this every single time we’ve stopped in. Coupled with the teenaged staff who look either look annoyed with being at work (or in tonight’s case, stand behind the counter and make fun of customers walking by), I will not be returning.
