First they forgot our 2 liter soda and one of the pizzas had nearly no ingredients on it. But when I called them, they sent an entire order replacement with perfect pizzas and the drink! Great service!!!

I I just had a super bad experience with the delivery guy . He didn’t know how to press himself . He asked to pay for the pizza again when I already paid for the pizza they took the money out of my cardand I asked the guy to call the superior to check at the store and he told me he didn’t know how to communicate with the guy because the language barrier, it was a big deal with this guy at the end he end up taking the pizza back to the store. I think Pizza Hut needs to hire better delivery guys.

I tried to order online and the website wouldn’t recognize my address! Kept telling me try back later! Couldn’t even access the menu to place a phone order! And no way to find just that store, you have to use the “all stores” page! Smdh I’m in the stupid system cause I’m getting texts about deals but can’t order food on those deals? Bad business practices! Smdh your pizza isn’t nearly good enough to go thru an hour of “try again later” bs just to eat mediocre, at best, pizza! Smdh

Whenever i call my order for pick up, they never speak or understand english, and i always have the same order and get charged different prices for same thing! So idk y the difference from 1 day to next.. the lobby is always empty and have to yell hello to see if any1 is there. Very unpleasant u professional and slightly offensive

Worse pizzahut location. Ordered two pizzas specifically changed the meat type and requested no pork for them to still add pork to the pizza. Called 10 times for a manager and they continue to put you on hold or hang up the call.

Ordered my pizza online. I did not request for it to be left outside. It was left outside and no one rung the doorbell or anything. I called pizza hut and no answer. By the time I received my pizza it was cold and the pizza box was all wet. I had to call them 3 to 4 times to let them know my situation and they still did nothing about it. Worst service.
