We arrived shortly after 12:30 and they were a bit busy and only two servers; however, we were seated quickly and our server was there in a short amount of time asking for our drink order. She was back straight away with our drinks and took our lunch order. The food was excellent and reasonably priced for lunch. It was a pleasant 82° day so we opted to sit outside and enjoy the view of the river. Made for a tranquil experience.

Yesterday, I had a lunch meeting at Levee House Bistro in Marietta Ohio and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The atmosphere capture the vibe of the river and felt cozy. The host and server was extremely helpful with menu items and provided top-notch service to us. He was polite, uninterrupted, and always made sure we had what we needed. He was nice the entire time of our lunch meeting and met all our needs. The lunch menu was diversified with reasonable pricing and delicious food. I ate the crab cake sandwich and thoroughly enjoyed it. My counterpart had the berry/beet salad and said it was delicious. If you are seeking a bistro with good river vibes, delicious food, and great service. Then, look no further than Levee House Bistro in Marietta OH!

Amazing food! We had the strawberry spinach salad and I absolutely loved it. For appetizer we had scallops with a blueberry sauce. Some of the best scallops I’ve ever had, tender and delicious and the little bit of blueberry sauce with each bite was amazing. For dinner I had the crab cakes with mixed vegetables and yellow Yukon potatoes. Most restaurant’s side vegetables are just blah and lying there. These were some of the best stir-fried vegetables from a restaurant we have had. My crab cakes were moist on the inside not overcooked and came with a Chipotle sauce which really highlighted the crab cakes. My husband had an old favorite of the Levee House, the chicken and pea pasta. And it did not disappoint. We were hearing raving reviews from all the tables around us about their food. We highly recommend trying out the new Levee House bistro.

We always enjoy the food at the Levee House Bistro for lunch and dinner.. Chef Tom offers an excellent menu which never disappoints. We love to dine on the patio with a view of the Ohio River. The wait staff does an excellent job and always a pleasure to chat with Casey. We highly recommend this restaurant.

To start off the food was amazing. All the workers were very polite and friendly. The prices are a little up there but for an occasional splurge it’s a great choice. Most meals were in the $18-$25 range with the specials between $45-$55. This is not our normal price range for dinner dates but we will definitely be returning and bringing some family with us.

Wow! Great experience at this eclectic spot above the Ohio River. My wife and I enjoyed everything we ate, and the chat with the owner about the history of building and restaurant. Service was great, and there was a large number of energetic staffers moving about. A real gem!
