It’s very hit or miss. Sometimes it’s excellent and sometimes it really sucks. I expect consistency from a corporate chain. Today was the perfect example of that. I went in and there was no beef dishes and the chicken dishes were sold out. Normally I would have waited for them to restock the food but if you’re out of beef that’s half my order.

Not too great. Several visits where my order that was placed 30 min prior to arrival is not ready, and I have to wait an additional 30 min in front of the store. This last visit was terrible. I live less than 10 min away, ordered at 1900 and received a text that my order was ready, arrived at 1932, was asked to pull around the front of the store. I waited an additional 30 min until someone came out…with the wrong order. I waited an additional 10 min before my order was finally brought out.

Super happy with this particular panda! Its crazy how different restaurants from the same chain can be but this on one Austin Hwy is excellent! Super hot and fresh food, very fast service and super friendly staff. Not to mention they hooked it up with the portion size. I might live closer to other pandas but this one will be my go to!

Went through there today in drive through, ordered two plates of double walnut shrimp And to say the least it was horrible. But, the reason I’m giving five stars is because of Brendan, the manager on duty. I went in to express my frustration with the order after going all the way home and there being absolutely zero flavor on the Walnut shrimp. He immediately apologized and without hesitation offered to replace my whole order. He understands what customer service is.

I’m a dash driver and I went in tonight to pick up some orders for delivery for dash as well as a personal order went through the drive-thru and the lady, Lupito forgive me if I said that wrong she knows who she is, she was amazing! She was friendly, fast, on point, and very knowledgeable about her restaurant. I will go back to that location just because of her. Thank you so very much I enjoyed my first experience with panda express!

If you like chaos, this location is for you. Went back to return a wrong order from a previous nite. Doors locked @ 8pm customers lined up outside trying to get their paided for app orders. Drive-thru wrapped around so you get stuck in the parking lot.

I placed an order online which was a huge mistake. I called the manager asking for an ETA on my delivery order, when he said he could not provide. Nobody is picking up the phone and I’ve called 24 times in the last hour. I spoke to another manager at another store who said she would text and call the manager and give her my number. Nobody ever called. When I called that store back on rittiman road, I get disconnected every single time. I tried calling a third store. Nobody’s picking up the phone because I get disconnected by an automated message that says nobody is here to pick up the phone goodbye. Then the phone line hangs up. There’s no information on the website about how to track the order. I got charged $10.18 for nothing! I don’t have time to place an order with someone else because I don’t have any more money. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. Never ever ever order from Panda Express for delivery. They will charge your account and not answer the phone and if you try to call different stores they won’t answer the phone either. I called yet another store and the manager only offered me the store number that I told her was disconnecting every single time I called. Nobody is helping me. Nobody is listening to me. Why do I do this? I am shaking, I’m so angry.

We order 3 meals for pick up. We had the orange chicken, broccoli beef, grilled teriyaki chicken, sweet fire chicken and the honey walnut shrimp. As soon as we got the food, I could smell old chicken. I open my son’s box and they gave him the wrong side (chow mien instead of white rice) and I got brown rice instead of white rice. The spring rolls were inedible, and I threw 2/3 rangoons away. I then spent most of the throwing up. Panda Express used to be really good, but like a lot of fast food restaurants, the quality has really gone down and it’s just not worth it anymore.
