Extremely bad service. Every time I go here the line is so long, both in the drive thru and inside. It’s not because everyone just loves it, it’s because they are always under staffed and very slow at their jobs. They need to hire more people. I watched multiple people walk out because the lady working in the front was not taking anyone’s orders. I waited 15 mins or so and she never came to the counter while about 6 people were waiting in line so I finally just walked out. This is not a first time experience either, this has been an ongoing issue for at least the two years I’ve been there.

I normally try to stay away from negative comments, but my drive through experience was just unbelievable. I ordered two kids chicken nugget meals, before I had time to order anything else I was already being ushered to the second window. I apologized because I thought the lady had misunderstood me and thought I was done, I then ordered a large sprite. Once again before I could even finish the word sprite, I was being ushered to the second window this time with a hint of annoyance in her voice. When I arrived at the window I was met with a short attitude and a haste to pull up to wait for my order. I was a but confused as there was no one behind me. Nonetheless I pulled up. I waited for about 4 1/2 mins for the food (not terrible). As I pulled the chicken nuggets from the bag to hand to my kids I noticed they were hard and room temperature. The fries stale and also room temperature. We were on a tight timeline so we made due. It wasn’t until I got home and read the rest of the reviews that I felt dumb. Please don’t be like me. Avoid at all cost unless you absolutely have to.

They consistently cook all their lunch items in the morning and store them for the lunch rush. Check the comments, they constantly microwave their already cooked items during lunch time and give cold burgers. Only time I will order from this place now is in the morning when I can guarantee my food is “freshly fried”.

My visit to this Burger King location was the worst experience ever. I purchased one chicken sandwich meal. However I ended up being charged for 55 a total of $311.24. When it was brought to the managers attention the next day she assured me that it would be fixed. It has now been 3 weeks and nothing has been done about it. She keeps giving me the run around saying that she is doing all that she can to get it taken care of. She assured me that the employee who rung up the meal was new and that ringing up 55 meals instead of 1 was a mistake. Honestly at this point I’m convinced that it was not a mistake at all. Since last speaking with her I have gotten my bank involved and hopefully will be getting my refund soon. I would never eat here again.
