3 times now my order has taken over an hour for delivery and I work less than 2 minutes down the street. they always forget things and never apologize. today I called asking where my order was. I was missing my meeting and needed my food so I asked where it was, the guy on the phone was extremely rude, cutting me off and lied. he said my food was out for delivery, i told him that the tracker has said that for 20 minutes and im right down the road, again he cut me off and wasn’t listening. i ended up hanging up because he was making me mad. i plan on calling back and asking for a refund because they forgot things and he was super rude. If you order for delivery from this location, plan on it taking an hour. definitely not freaky fast

Got the wrong order even though we went in store at a slow time. Employees were pac and when I called to complain that my order was wrong the manager could have cared less. I have worked in the service industry for over 20 years and have never gotten worse service. As a bartender this is completely unacceptable.
