One of our favorites! Every time we go, it never disappoints. Chicken Parmigiana and Cannelloni are sooooo delicious!!! Service was great even though it was a packed house! Oh, and if you get the chance to try their butterscotch cheese cake!!!!! DO IT!!!!! YUMMM!!!

They should place a sign with “white people only” at the front door, then I don’t have to get in to receive the worst service, this is the most racist restaurant I have been to , the waitress with an unhappy face to take our order, after food served, never comes back to ask how is the food or refill the water, clean up everything on the table without ask, I don’t even know how to say with all of those things. By the time we dine in, I can tell the table next to us gets a really good service, the waitress has been very nice to them. This place is not recommended.

7/22/23 My family and I got there at 6pm to go have a good dinner. We are Latinos from Mexico and Guatemala family. The hostess gave us a rude and racist attitude. We felt discriminated for being brown and Latinos. Told us that if we decided to dine in, we have to eat really fast and be out from the restaurant by 7pm. Because they close at 7pm today 7/22/23. We were so exited to have dinner here but saddle was the worst experience we had here in Tahoe. We decided to come to “Caliente restaurant “ amazing people here! We love it.

Being a tourist with a dog I wanted to find a decent place for a take out order. A server at the entrance was slightly rude, I assume he was slightly overwhelmed based on how how crowded the place was. A hostess showed up in a moment and in contrast was very welcoming and helped me with my order. I’ve ordered Azzara’s Special Pizza and it was surprisingly delicious: tasty dough, loaded with toppings, perfectly baked.

Wow! Without reservation 5 stars. What a hidden gem. If you like authentic Italian cuisine look no further. From the entrees, to the starters, all the way down to the balsamic reduction, this place is outstanding. The food is fresh and very flavourful. This is an amazing, small, family owned restaurant with authentic flavours. I wish I could have had the room to try more of what they have to offer. We will be back. This is a must if you are craving authentic Italian food.

My husband and I have been in incline for 3 years now and have tried all the food spots. This place will never let you down! For apps we always get the calamari steak (has never disappointed us) and for dinner we do fettuccini Alfredo, chicken Parmesan and pizza. Can’t go wrong with those!
