Walked in at lunch time. Place was busy. Nice server (or so I thought) greeted us and quickly cleaned a table off for us. We sat down and, as the server went to get us menus, my elderly dad immediately complained about the air flow and being cold. We were seated across from a wall unit air conditioner. I looked around to see if there were any other tables available, but didn’t see any. I told the server we were going to leave because dad was cold. She indicated that she could turn the air conditioner off. I looked around at the full room of diners, trying to gauge their comfort level. I told her I wouldn’t ask that of her because it wasn’t fair to make everyone else hot because my dad was cold. As we were leaving, she says, “Fine. I’m not going to beg you to stay”. I thought the comment was rude and uncalled for. It’s sad how customer service has become a thing of the past.

Waitress was good. Speedy and kind. The cook needs an attitude adjustment. Food was not good at all. Biscuits where hard as a brick and seemed to be very old. Hardley anything inside the western omlette. Will not be back.

My wife and I stopped here for a late lunch, I had the Philly cheese steak and my wife a turkey sandwich. I was absolutely amazed by the cheese steak, probably one of the best I’ve ever had. It contained we’ll seasoned steak, gooey cheese, and just the right crunch to the bun. Our server was friendly and competent enough, food was served in a fairly good time, and the prices were decent.

This place has good food galore. Breakfast is awesome. All the dinner options are fantastic. Make sure you get the sweet bread it’s amazing. If you happen to get the boiled tomatoes and zucchini you are in luck. This place reminds me of my grandmother.

The hostess was very welcoming. We were seated right away. This is a very small diner with a lot of flavor. You get a lot of food for your dollar. The eggs are made perfect. The omlettes are large and taste wonderful. I loved bacon and the biscuits are huge but very soft and fluffy. They keep the coffee full. It is well worth the visit. Everyone here is happy to have you as a customer.

An unassuming little spot in Germantown that you would easily pass by without noticing. Been here forever and today’s traveling brought me by for dinner. I’ve had breakfast here before (it’s breakfast anytime btw) but I had been waiting for a while to catch an evening meal. Selected the Shrimp Po-Boy and it was made like you’d expect a Memphis bbq. That’s more meat than the bun will hold. Topped that off with some coconut pie. I’m sure Jethro Gibbs would eat here if he was in town. Just his place.

Went for the first time for an early diner on a Friday. Only one person working the room, so things were a little slow, but the lady who was working never slowed down. Best patty melt I’ve had in years and crinkle fries (you don’t see those anymore). Despite initial concerns, the food was incredible, service was friendly, and we will definitely be going back.

Food was great and staff was incredibly nice. Especially given we walked in at 7:25. Made sure we ordered easy and were out the door by 8:05.

Prices were ok. Our waitress was brief with us could of interacted and check on us and when she did she was so quick she warmed up our coffee and not asking or remembering I was drinking decaf poured me regular coffee. No big deal I just would of preferred she ask us if we needed anything or if we wanted a warm up. Nice little place to eat though. The gravy from biscuits n gravy taste just like McDonald’s gravy. We won’t be coming back.

Great food and speedy service. It was a really small Establishment. The seating was comfortable though. It reminded me very much of a rail car diner. The food was well seasoned and arrived warm and very basic no frills plating. I ordered steak and eggs with cheese grits. The grits were nice and creamy. The eggs were moist and well scrambled and the steak a perfect medium. I’d definitely eat here again.
