I have been a loyal customer of Domino’s Pizza for some time now, and I’ve always had positive experiences until my most recent order. Unfortunately, the pizza I received was burnt, dry, and cold, which was disappointing, especially since I was hosting guests at my home. Moreover, the order arrived 40 minutes late, causing half of my guests to leave before the food arrived.

Okay so it was closing time when we ordered but they still were able to accommodate me. I picked up the order right at 1am and was greeted with a very nice upbeat employee welcome. Which was not expected because it was past closing time. So I appreciate that. The reason for 4 start and not 5 is because I’m pretty sure the cheese was bad .. but it’s all good I’m sure next time yall will earn the extra start:)

My all meat pizza that I just received was NOT cut and the delivery driver chase was very rude as he gave my OLD mother our order will NOT be delivering from THIS location AGAIN what a shame!!!!! Also I called to let them know about the pizza and they did nothing about it all she said was oh we will make sure that does not happen again like excuse me ? If I could give half a star I would honestly the whole staff had no gloves at all you would think with a score of 90 they would be trying to approve there store ratings but nope, I had gotten the there new cheesy marinara dip with pretzel bites littarly looked like throw up in a box with steal little bread pieces could not believe I even paid all around worse Domino’s experience ever maybe some better management might be needed ?

I’ve had to call and ask where my food is on multiple occasions. The tracker will show that it’s sitting at the store being “quality checked” for 45 minutes. When I call and say something, it suddenly shows that someone is on their way with my food. I shouldn’t have to call and remind you to deliver to me when I live within walking distance. For this particular order, estimated time was 31-41 minutes and this order took 1 hour and 16 minutes to be delivered.

This has been my go to dominos since I moved into the neighborhood. I don’t order from here often, but whenever I do, it’s always a seamless experience. I haven’t gotten delivery as I prefer carry out but I order through the app, apply the coupons I can and typically wind up with a great deal or at least something reasonable. The staff are very friendly and the pizza is always piping hot. If there is a longer than normal wait, there is a bar a few doors down. Tough to beat that. Thanks guys and I’ll see you again soon for some pizza!
