Lucy’s New York Style Pizzeria is a high quality restaurant in Idaho falls. The staff were helpful, happy to answer any questions I had. The food was very well prepared as well, which gave it delicious flavor and made for a pleasant experience while I was eating. The atmosphere was a win as well. It was lively, but not overbearing. I can’t vouch for the New York authenticity of it myself, never having been to New York, but without a doubt, Lucy’s New York Style Pizzeria is a great place to visit if you’re in Idaho Falls.

Sometimes I feel like the center of the pizza isn’t thoroughly cooked, and if I’m in store they fire it again. I forget to ask for well done dough. The staff is always kind, attentive and they look clean. I appreciate Lucy’s. It’s one of my favorite pizza places.

The pizza was good and the service was outstanding. While a couple mistakes were made, my server and the chef acknowledged them BEFORE we could say anything, and they MORE than took care of us. My coworker and I left full and happy, and I’m excited to go back.

Clean venue with enthusiastic service from a charming young server. Tasty barbecue wings with just the right spice and tang. Nice sauce and fresh toppings on the pizza. As other reviews have mentioned, they really like to blacken their pizza. The photo shows a pizza that was ordered “light bake” – and seeing someone else’s, ours really was cooked less. Ours was still enjoyable enough to finish, but be forewarned if you don’t like a dark, crispy crust.
