For the past 4 weeks I’ve driven north once a week and stopped on the north bound BK and every time i get “our drive through doesn’t work” then I come in for them to be out of sight from the front counter. Then takes them 10 minutes to make my food (only one there) after disappearing multiple times. From a kitchen manger stand point i have no idea how they make any sales if they refuse to fix anything or show any customer service
