Delicious! First time visit to this whole in the wall restaurant. We had Catfish, Collard Greens and Corn Bread. We loved every bit of our meal -Excellent.

The food was acceptable. The greens were a little bland. I didn’t get the cornbread that I ordered and paid for. It wasn’t worth the drive back. The eatable wasn’t busy so I find it hard to understand how items can be missing from an order. And even if the establishment were busy, accuracy check.

Ordered from here last weekend. And I’m so mad I’ve live out here all this time and never knew about it. I had the chicken and waffles. The best I’ve had here WA. It was Bussin. The waffle was so good and the syrup. The chicken was seasoned perfectly, not over seasoned but flavor to the bone. My Husband had the Catfish and fry’s and he tore it up and some of my chicken. We Also had a slice of Blackberry pie. And added and extra piece of fish. It’s pricey but it was worth it. Especially, when you don’t wanna be frying and wanna taste somebody else’s good cooking. Customer service was also great!! Very welcoming and friendly.

1st time coming here with me and my family….the food was fresh, hot and worth the price. Only one suggestion: could you please season the chicken and catfish or offer seasoning packets for customers to be able to do so themselves. Overall great service and great food today. Thank you!

From my first visit I fell in love with this Gem! Greeted with a smile and warm comforting feel. No disappointment by far! Catfish, chicken, burgers, red beans and rice and hush puppies. Different choices for dessert yum I love this place and you will too!!

I have 2 take aways from my experience. They over charge and the food isn’t quality seasoned southern soul food. It can get you by for a quick bite I guess…Customer service was great but the taste for the price was underwhelming. I wouldn’t recommend this particular location for quality soul food.
