Here is what I normally buy from Sarku: fried rice, vegetables, chicken and shrimp with extra chicken. They used to add vegetables to fried rice. Not anymore! Fried rice does not have onions either. In addition, I pay extra (50¢) for fried rice. I don’t have a problem with paying extra for fried rice. The problem is that I am paying for steamed rice with soy sauce, and a little oil. Seriously?

Overall the attitude that I got at the register because I added on a soda the guys name on the receipt says bill but that’s not his real name..he got so mad and swung the credit card swiper around to cancel my order to put it through again because I added the soda and pushed it back towards me.. the anger in his face was horrifying..yall need to do better or go push a broom and be a janitor so you won’t have to deal with the public

Place dirty as hell and they don’t fully cook the food. If the line is long your food won’t be completely finished cooking before they give you your meal. Terrible customer service. Security mall is just trash! Tear it down.

Don’t waste your money in this place. People will not give you double chicken for your meal even if you pay for extra. It’s way better to make it in your house instead of coming here to this places. It’s not worth it. The employees that are cooking and making the food they don’t put double chicken to my plate and i ask for it also the manager is very rude when i explain him and pay for double chicken. Just don’t waste your money here.

Honestly it’s not even close to food court quality. I’ve had better food from street vendors. The price is ludicrous for the poor quality food. The dumplings are dry and flavorless, lacking in all flavor. The food doesn’t carry umami flavor at all. The teriyaki sauce is bland. The employees forgot my dumplings when giving me my food. I had to go back and point it out even stood there waiting to see if they would ask or notice which they did not. They speak far too quietly to be heard in the food court. And the one they had working register didn’t speak English well. He spoke Spanish decently though. The rice was not even enticing at all. It was also bland as we’re the vegetables. The shrimp was cooked well but that’s about it. It was below average in all respects for even food court food. Everything in the picture including that pitiful soy sauce cup cost 15.33 the food was worth in quality at BEST 6 bucks. Not a good experience. Do not recommend untill they make MAJOR improvements In the entire way they do things. Even the way they give out orders is confusing. They throw it all in styrofoam containers and toss it on the rack above the grill for people to just grab as they see fit. They don’t check receipts even. It’s honestly just one giant mess. And honestly it didn’t even look clean.

Food and drink came to $11.89 I order the chicken and shrimp. Chef counted 5 shrimps ..with the chicken which was a small amount and alot of lo mein. They got me. I will just eat some where else
