This location seems to only takes online classes orders. We waited 20 minutes past our pickup time and the food still wasn’t ready. 15 people were waiting in the restaurant for their orders too. Chipotle wouldn’t give us a refund and we left. After another 40 minutes we received a notification that our order was finally ready. Unacceptable. Do not order here unless you have all day to wait around.

The most abominable, repulsive, violating, horrific and anxiety inducing meal I have ever had the misfortune to pay full price for. Nearly $18 later, I am left with a bowl of drastically undercooked and unseasoned steak (It tasted like what I imagine licking the grill would taste like.) paired with old rice, hard beans, mediocre guac, and chips that were so greasy they were entirely inedible. I found myself literally saddened by attempting to eat this bowl. I would not wish this slop upon my worst enemy, or my dog. Spare yourself and eat literally anything else. It would not be difficult to find something more suitable. Perhaps a cardboard box, left outside in the rain for a week.

I stopped at Chipotle for a fast healthy meal as most places had closed for lunch. I ordered 2 small tacos (most people don’t know this option) and mainly got brown rice, veggies and beans with a tiny bit of meat. Just what I love. My server over did the cheese but I always love cheese. First picture is 2 tacos wrapped tight and 2nd picture is one spread open some. Really good fast meal with some hot sauce to blend with their spices. Bam!

They were so helpful with a door dash order that I was picking up that didn’t have a name on it. They even let me have some water while I waited for my customer to call me back to confirm something on their order. Great people!

It’s no reason why, we place online orders and it’s suppose to be ready at 9:30pm and they didn’t get done until 9:48pm… they were ignoring me standing there and cleaning the grill 30 mins early … which is crazy cause it closed at 10pm. It’s no reason why it’s the Same reviews over and over again!!! Get it together ! It was only a steak & rice bowl that’s ridiculous!
