Came here twice within a week , weekday during a afternoon it was empty , food was so good ,came here on a Saturday night ,super busy and food was slightly less tasty. I’d definitely recommend this staple and come back to this specific location over any of the others including the og ,this one’s clean and the food is done right not rushed and pushed through cause of mass amount of orders . 10 of 10

Arrived at restaurant at 4:40 pm. It was empty. My wife and I placed an order to stay and went to a table. After 15 minutes with no food, my wife approached the manager to see what was happening. She was offered no apology, and the manager told her that they were “waiting on the onion rings.” I know that was not true, because I had seen them place the basket of onion rings on the service counter at least 5 minutes prior. Sure enough, when we finally got our food a minute or two later, the onion rings were cold. As a matter of fact, the warmest items we were served were the shakes. I have frequented this restaurant for years, and never had a bad experience like this. Maybe it’s new management. It is a shame; I used to enjoy that restaurant very much. They will not see me there again….

What in the world happened to Nathan’s? So many have closed and this one in Oceanside is a disaster. It took 15 minutes for 2 hotdogs and an order of fries to be brought to my table. The food was surprisingly overcooked. You also need to salt the french fries. The workers on this day were unorganized as they let a large spill by the soda machine go unattended for some 20 minutes. Also two employees went around on two separate occasions looking to find who ordered shakes. It shouldn’t be a surprise to Nathan’s management how poorly run their restaurants are.

Best Nathan’s location very clean and a large seating area. The cheesesteak is the best thing on the menu and I suggest to use the large parking lot behind the building.

They get a star for being open. Philly Cheesesteak was dark, burnt, not cheesy, could barely see the onions, bread was dark and burnt as well. Onion rings were burnt and many disintegrated. Ended up throwing 2 meals out. The burger was decent and so were the fries, however the oil needs to be changed as there was an after taste. I tried to call the store to let them know and it just rang and I then got voice-mail. Very Disappointed, the old Nathan’s location/food was far better.
