I had the beef pho with steak, brisket and meatball with a side of eggrolls and it was all pretty good. The pho broth could use a little more depth of flavour but it was still good. The egg rolls had a nice flavour and the whole roll was crispy (sometimes you get fried rolls and the middle is soft and I hate that). The vegetables were also super fresh and there was a good amount of meat in the soup. They seem to be very popular and I would eat here again.

Super generous portions for the price, and authentic pho flavor from a Viet’s opinion. The steak, brisket, and meatball pho (tái nạm bò viên) had so much meat even my carnivore husband thought it was a lot. Honey walnut shrimp wasn’t drenched in sauce which was perfect for my taste. I ordered the grilled pork rice dish (cơm thịt heo nướng) and it had more of a charsiu flavor that I didn’t mind, but it’s more of a savory sweet profile. Next time I want to try the special porkchop rice dish since they were out of it when we visited. Well worth the money spent based on amount and flavor.

Our new go-to spot for pho! The broth is so rich and flavorful. I had the house special and everything was delicious. Also, was never a huge fan of spring rolls but there’s something about the spring rolls here that I absolutely love! Usually not too crowded which means super quick and attentive service, 100% a hidden gem!

Update in May 2023: We both went for the special vermicelli bowl and it was delish. We asked for straight fish sauce and got it, along with extra dipping sauce. Our bowls were great and we cleaned them out, along with Thai iced tea. Linh Son rarely disappoints and this time was no exception.

Came here last night night for some pho one a rainy windy night! Fried chicken is amazing and taste amazing even as left overs. I had fried chicken and steak and brisket pho. The pho was so big! Definitely had lots to take home! Will eat here again in a heartbeat!
