Amazing. Wish it was in my town! Huge portions, cheap prices, great service. Greek warriors skillet, spanakopita Benny, and baklava pancakes were all absolutely delicious, I’ll be thinking about them for a long time! Home fries had a little smokiness, yum. Coffee was great too. Very kind servers went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for takeout (stayed at motel next door). Adorable place, will absolutely go here again if I’m in the area! Forgot to take pictures of the food before we started, we were hungry and it was so delicious!

Ate breakfast there this morning after staying for the night at Scottish Inns right next door. How lucky were we to be able to walk through the parking lot to such a gem! It’s a vintage diner with friendly staff and GREAT food! We had omelets, French toast and corned beef hash! Everything was delicious and fresh! I need to go back because there are some unique offerings that I need to try! Our server Ashley was a doll! So sweet and attentive even as they were being slammed with a huge Saturday morning breakfast crowd!

This was my first time going to this diner, and I am so glad I took the chance and stopped in. The food was great. My mom tried the peach cobbler waffle and absolutely loved it. I had a beyond burger with tater tots, and both were good to perfection. The atmosphere was totally retro diner right down to the music. Which I loved and thoroughly enjoyed. Then, to top it off, our waitress Sabrina was beyond great. She came to our table and said she would be our waitress and would be giving us excpleptioalnal service, and she understated her service. She was so attentive, friendly, kind, and just wonderful. My mom and I can not wait to go back.

I would recommend it to anybody who enjoys a friendly atmosphere and a reasonably priced meal to go to the Village Diner. The staff are always friendly and warm. Enjoy a meal there more than once and the manager will remember what you ordered and ask you if you want it when you return. The food has always been prepared exactly the way I asked for it. They can even figure something out for you if you’re a vegan.

Excellent little spot right off the highway–great meeting place between upstate New York and the Poconos. A lot of traffic whizzing by the parking space, and a little bit of a wait for service but well worth it.

I ordered the beefteki but with a beyond burger. So good! Everything was fresh, including the crispy red onions, and the fries!!! The fries were the freshest I have had in a while, and hot for the whole meal. I really love fries and these were worthy. Janine and staff were bright and helpful! Thank you, Village Diner, for a good warm meal.

The food was good enough though my burger bun was not toasted and just wasn’t great but the burger was very good. The pickle was more cucumber than pickle so in my opinion it wasn’t good but maybe some people like them that way. Everything was at least presented well. The spaghetti and meatball were very good. The falafel with pita was very good too.

I love that they have a more interesting menu than your average diner. The service was very friendly and fast. We were in a rush so this was appreciated. They have outdoor dining if you’re not feeling safe or if you’re not vaccinated. The food was exactly what you’d expect at a diner.
