I used to be a frequent customer and fan of Primo, until a recent order where they simultaneously increased the price, and significantly decreased the amount of meat they put in the hoagie. If you increase the price due to supplies, at least leave the product the same. Will need to find an alternative hoagie place now, this is going downhill fast.

I love the food here. It’s always fresh and delicious. They have a big menu as well although when you look at it it’s really just variations of the same things. My only complaint is I find this place to be way too expensive for what it is. The staff is always professional as well.

I would have given 5 stars. There was a new girl there that argued with me on the phone and in person about something I always get there until I told her to geta manager. She still took an attitude with me after she was corrected. That was the only time I had a bad experience. Hopefully the front girl calmed down or was replaced.
