My family went in and ordered 4 coffees. There was a line of 4 people in front of us waiting for their stuff. And when they finally made our coffee’s, they did not even tell us or say what they were. They just sat them on the counter for you to pick up and figure out yourself. My wife also asked for a cup of water and they told her that they would have to charge her for it and then said its the managers decision. The overall atmosphere was not very welcoming or friendly at all. You are just a number there.

I have never seen anybody in there. Eating until those other reviews with pictures are just the workers because I have been told by employee that’s what it was. Also any drink I ever get from there always taste like black coffee and it’s because the same employee says they do not wash their pots all they do Is wrench it out with some water? Not even soapy water, just water and fill it back up. That’s why your drinks always taste like black coffee. Pure trash

The Young Gentleman who waited on us was So Friendly. I Apologise but I didn’t catch your name. My Friends and I ordered 2 Frozen Birthday cake Iced Coffees and They were Wonderful along with 6 Donuts .. All Fresh and the Donuts are so Good. They even gave “a pup cup of whip cream”… Too Cute!!

Traveling on I-81 headed to New Jersey, stopped here for coffee and to use a bathroom. Lobby was open and clean, bathroom was clean, staff was friendly. Ordered coffee and a wrap through the app while in the lobby. Food was fast and fresh. Would recommend.

the people that work at this dunkin’ have made my drink wrong several times. I often order a matcha lattee with oat milk and they will sometimes add espresso without me ordering it. They just gave my order to the car in front of me today. Not to mention the unprofessional ness of the lady at the drive through wearing her vape on a lanyard

My fiancé consistently stops by this Dunkin’ before class in the mornings. He has consistently had Terrible experiences. I work at a Dunkin’ myself, so I speak from experience that the way this Dunkin’ treats its guests is absolutely unacceptable. His order is regularly messed up in potentially dangerous ways (using the wrong milk in his latte, thank God he’s not allergic, but he still is unable to actually drink what they give him without becoming sick, so it’s a complete waste of money), and the ways the employees treat him are absolutely inexcusable. There is a timer on the drive-thru, employees have five seconds to answer the headset when a car pulls up before it counts against their times on their weekly reports, they can either begin to take the order when they answer or they can politely put the car on hold and let them know they’ll be with them shortly. This is standard procedure and, quite frankly, the only polite way to handle this. Instead, my fiancé was left in complete silence. He then prompted the box, very politely asking if anyone was there, and was then helped. Someone else then interrupted the first employee on the headset and very rudely told him to never ask for assistance again, because they have other customers and they’ll get to him when they get to him. I am Appalled with this behavior. If anyone from my store had responded to a customer in this way they would be kissing their job goodbye. I don’t know what management is doing at this store for their service to so consistently be this aggressive and inattentive, but I will be contacting corporate later today to see if anything can be done about it. This store is an embarrassment to Dunkin’ as a brand and my fiancé will not be returning. I advise anyone else looking for a friendly atmosphere or decent order fulfillment to look for other Dunkin’ restaurants along your route. You will not find it here.
