Placed an online order and it didn’t update to completed. Went to the store 45 mins later and it was ready. Asked the employee how come it didn’t update online and she said the website sucks. Anyways after all of that the slices weren’t cut properly. My pizza literally fell apart when I tried taking a slice. Also I thought I was getting sticks and not slices but apparently it was slices. My traditional order is the extra most bestest because I find LC traditional pizza a bit bland and cardboardy. Twice now I’ve gotten it from this location and been very disappointed because it looked and tasted like their traditional pizza. Today I took it back and the guy admitted he gave me the traditional instead and cooked me up a new one. The problem is that while the new one had more pepperoni it was short on cheese and sauce making it only slightly better than the first one, These things are supposed to be messy and tasty as hell when they’re fresh but I could barely taste the difference. The last time I got pizza from this location they put it on the bottom level of the pizza portal, and the only way I could reach it was to get on my hands and knees on the floor and reach deep into the hot box. The pizza was not worth the effort.
