I had to post about this place as soon as I got home. I gotta say first off this was my mother and my first time coming here. We have now found our new sandwich place in Waco. We arrived and were happily greeted by not only the regular employees but also the store manager, I believe his name is Antonio. They honestly seemed delighted that we were there, which was very nice. As we ordered we were unstressfully helped with our menu items. Firehouse Subs is also a very cost-friendly and not fast food type of place. After our order was promptly brought out to us we were both very happy with our tasty sandwiches. And I gotta say I was truly happy to find that they also have one of those digital auto Coke machines and I was finally able to try a Barqs Zero cream soda, so that was an awesome bonus with this new sandwich place for my mom and I.

Me and my family enjoyed some subs here. The food was fantastic! I love Firehouse subs. Everything they do is awesome every time I’ve been in. It’s been a great experience, although this time there was a kid at the other booth looking at me weird the whole time he was making all these crazy eyes at me really freaked me and my youngest boy out. On the plus side they had plenty of parking, wheelchair, accessibility, disability, bathrooms, and we paid around $10 per person

Don’t get me wrong. Good is great! But we waited in the drive through for 20 minutes and there was only 1 car ahead of us. I usually don’t wait, but I had my mind on a sub from here. This was my third time coming here and service always was faster than that, so hopefully it was just a mishap that prevented the slow service. Other than that, no complaints!

If I could give them 10 stars on service and atmosphere I would. I’ve only been here twice and they have made the experience personable every time. Now yesterday I went the drive thru and it was one of the guys that is always nice and so upbeat. I guess he remembered me and the fact he asked how I was doing and how was work just did something to me and I literally cried all the way back to work! He didn’t even know I was going thru something but that quick convo meant so much to me! And I loved it! I will be back I love them they are all so nice and sweet! Beyond the regular customer service!

I come here a lot and my sandwich is wrong A LOT!! I order the same sweet and spicy meatball every time. My sandwich is cut through the bottom, my sandwich has pepper all over it, And my bread is barely toasted. I’m so disappointed at this management and pure lack of attention to a customers food. If you want firehouse go to a different location this one is not good. Waste of $13. OH I ALSO FOUND A HAIR IN ONE HALF OF MY SANDWICH. EW
