The food was great and the place was clean. I let the server know that my girlfriend has celiac disease, and he immediately changed out the utensils to make sure to minimize the chance of cross contamination.

So disappointing. Didn’t read the small print on the labels that cheese 1.50 and guac 2.50 were extra. I haven’t been to a Chipotle before, and the workers there just shuffle you along super fast like you should already know. That was rude to me. Then when I was paying the guy at the register told me it was like 22 something. I was like for a bowl and a small drink?? And he looked down and apologized for a drink he accidently added, but it was still 19.58 for a small bowl of mostly beans and rice, and over flavored precooked tacobell tasting meat. For that price it should’ve been fresh grilled filet mignon or something. Horrible, and disgusting.

Here lately this location is on a down slide. May of times ingredients were limited. 8/22 went in to get a bowl. Sign on the door no Guacamole and limited rice. They need to get it together. They knew school started this week. Order more products!! The Pico de gallo was basically tomato with a teeny tiny bit of cilantro. When you have your heart sent on a meal it is disappointing.

We walked in to order our food. They told us they could not make our order unless we ordered online… while standing in the store, wanting to pay in cash. They continued to deny the in store order. So we left and went to Qdoba instead.

I ordered double chicken and there was no chicken at all. I paid extra to get ripped off. System was down and made me use the app. Clearly says XT Chicken and I got none. Thanks for nothing!
