Do not order to go from online app! Been going here for years. Always had a positive experience. Picked up an online order tonight on the way home. Half the “add on” up charge items were missing, portions were ridiculously small, and fish did not seem particularly fresh. This place seems to have gone downhill in a hurry! So much for my favorite poke place.

Delicious! I’m visiting the area and was craving a poke bowl. They have amazing customer service – Max helped me pick a sauce, was super friendly, and even gave me a water on the way out since I was heading toward the beach. Will definitely eat here again if I’m ever nearby.

3.5 – 4stars: I’ve been here twice in the last week. Everything was super fresh and good quality both times. Eel sauce and spicy mayo are made properly, and there is a lot of umami in the bowl when a mix of ingredients are added together. Service was nice both times I’ve stopped in. My only complaint is the serving size of the protein. Even when ordering extra for a $4 up-charge per protein choice, the tuna portion was 2.5oz total. Without ordering extra, it is basically 1.25oz of protein. I ordered extra crab salad and extra tuna on both and got less than 4oz of protein total. Each bowl I ordered came out to 25$ ($52 for both) and I probably only got 25g of protein per bowl (including all the topping). It throws off the ratios of the bowl and definitely takes away from the satiation portion of the meal. The quality was there which drew me back a second time, but I was left disappointed each time when I really saw how much protein was in the bowl I was eating.

Me and my girlfriend were traveling from out of town and we stopped by. The guy who took care of us was extremely friendly and super helpful. He made sure we knew what everything was and had us taste test and try different things to make sure we liked it. He also gave us big portions and it was super good.

Fantastic poke and outstanding service!! During a busy night, Max went above and beyond. The line was out the door, and the rice was just coming out of the cooker, but Max’s attention to each guest and kind demeanor made the wait worth it. Definitely try the Tunado! Super fresh and tasty. The Nemo & Iron Man was also very good. The Saint James tea brand in the to-go fridge is also worth trying! Thank you for everything! Will definitely be back soon.

The place had pre-selected good dishes you could select from as well as a create your own dish Menu, perfect for wanting to try good flavor combinations instead of not knowing what might taste well together. The people in the shop were super friendly and nice and we had an easy time ordering and talking to them about what we wanted, as well as tasting sauces. Definitely recommended!
