I used to be a long time, regular customer, ordering the beef pho “with no tripe please” written on every order, but recently the quality of the beef has changed dramatically. I’ll leave you with a photo of what I had to pull out of my last beef pho dish. It’s not pretty. Even the beef deemed good enough to leave in, wasn’t up to par. My advice to the restaurant, revert back to the quality of the beef you used to use before this cheap change. From now on I’ll be ordering from different Vietnamese restaurants.

I have such a terrible experience with the order from this restaurant. The drunken noodle I ordered for delivery not only is it unpalatably salty, but it also has this metal wire in it. (Possibly from the pan scrubbing sponge?) Terrible food experience, will never order from this restaurant again.

vvvvvvvery very very good food. i had only dipped in here for its quietude and burnt orange booths and wifi after a long day out alone far from home, comfortable in the Tuesday emptiness of this long-roomed restaurant. I didn’t expect such a gourmet turnout! Jesus christ!

Update: I’ve been almost a dozen times since the original review, and we’ve never had a bad meal here!

Decent Vietnamese place, however their chicken Pho broth was way too salty and didn’t have that depth of flavor that comes with an authentic pho broth. Their Pork Banh Mi was really good though, very well seasoned and tender.

Was in the neighborhood on Friday though was not that hungry so decided to go for a smaller meal to dine in nearby. Still, was craving for Vietnamese food so came back to take out. Subways were running so took the uptown and it was just a few blocks away. Friday was packed but today, aside from a pick up, was the only one (I guess maybe that it was not just a rainy day but late afternoon).

Very good service, but do not order the bahn mi. The bahn mi came with a sub roll rather than a fresh baguette, it was absolutely smothered in mayonnaise to the point where every bite was soggy, and I could hardly taste the other ingredients. The quality of two bahn mi were certainly not worth over $30. Very disappointing!

We went there for my birthday and had a wonderful time. The service was great and the food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Of course I got a happy Birthday song. We will definitely go back.

We had a great lunch here. Hot and sour soup full of fresh vegetables in a flavourful, not too spicy broth. Spring rolls were delicate and crisp, grilled shrimp skewers were juicy, perfectly charred. Chicken banh mi was tender and full of flavour—i loved the tangy mayonnaise! Service was exceptionally attentive. We will be back!
