Got delivery and tipped driver online. Got to our apartment banged on the door as hard as they could waking up our kid and put the food on the ground which we live on the 1st floor so boxes got wet and sped off super fast with the tires legit screenching. Spoke to manager and she was nice but driver is a douche. Forgot my 2 liter and brought it back and didn’t even knock or anything to let us know it was out there. Not gonna order here again even though manager was super nice driver just needs to be put in check. Don’t order here

After trying out a bunch of other pizza places in the area, this has turned into our go-to place for family pizza nights. The pizzas are great (even as cold pizza the next day). I normally order online and the pizza tends to arrive a little before the projected ETA (which is a nice surprise). I do wish the website was a bit easier to navigate during the ordering/checkout process – it could be a bit more user friendly/intuitive – but that’s a minor gripe.

I just ordered from here and I want to start off by saying that Nick who answered and took my order was SO professional and kind ! He was so gentle and patient in spite of me being discombobulated. The last two times I’ve ordered from this location, the pizza has been delivered at near room temperature. I had already committed to a $10 tip and a $4.99 delivery charge in my online order. So they knew this before delivering the pizzas. Please explain to me the value I’m getting.

Big bummer here, ordered online for carry out and was quoted at 25min, and came into the shop where probably 10-15 others were waiting. They were quoting people in the shop up to two hours wait time. I cancelled my order after waiting 30 additional minutes, and found that it hadn’t even been prepped, and there were over 10 orders ahead of mine.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the 2nd time your drivers have forgotten an ENTIRE pizza!! Not to mention yes my bill was refunded when I showed up to complain but nobody apologized besides the driver when he got to my home. I will never order from you again.

I waited 2 Hours for a pizza they said would be here in 45 min, I called and checked on it and they kept saying on their way! But nope! Never arrived. I spoke with the manager who was RUDE ! I will never get it again! Also, once I said I wanted a refund, the manager hung up on me. They need 1 less employee/ manager. I do not recommend this pizza
